About Me

Food. Who doesn’t love binging on that one favourite dish of theirs? Who doesn’t have a fond memory of their favourite food to which they relate the most? And every time you have that dish, you are pulled back to those happy, cheerful moments.

Hi, my name is Nivedita. I have always loved cooking for people and looking at their satisfied faces when they enjoy their favourite dish is something that gives me immense joy. I am a big foodie myself. Being a beginner, I am yet to explore and with this blog I hope to learn new things. This is a place where you will find recipes along with my personal experiences with the people who have enjoyed my cooking. Also I have started experimenting with foods that I never have. Learning is a constant process and with this blog, I sure am going to learn and explore new ideas and try recipes that I thought were impossible for me to make.

I developed interest in cooking when I was in my teens and as the years passed, every recipe I made had its own story to tell. Through this blog, I wish to share them.

  5. Namaskaram Nivedita – you sound exactly like my eldest daughter who now, in another Indian city, has to learn to cook for herself or starv!!! Frequent calls for easy home recipes are coming in – so go on, keep trying. Nice blog, good recipes and lovely photography. Well done 🙂
